Buying a home is a very stressful experience. It’s a large purchase, lots of money is being spent and you feel that everyone is being pushy and out to get your money. All in all, pretty daunting. Alicia, however, made the experience memorable. She is thoughtful, funny, keeps our interests in mind constantly, treats our money like it’s her own, and ALWAYS finds a solution to a problem. For example, Alicia was able to save over 65k given that there was an issue with the septic and was able to put us in contact with exceptional septic companies to keep us comfortable and motivated to continue on with the purchase. All in all, I would definitely recommend Alicia and my family and I would absolutely work with her in the future!

We were new to area but Atreye, given her very good handle on the local market, guided us to the right neighborhoods and houses. She is very prompt in communication and ensuring all appointments went as planned. She will guide you through the negotiations and ensure you get the best out of your dollars. During final walk through, we noticed one leak and she immediately got on top of it and ensure it was fixed before closing - unlike other realtors who would overlook last min surprises and push for closing asap, she has our bests interest in mind.
